You can then bundle these services with the initial project cost as an alternative to an on-going operational expenditure. The Post Warranty Support Agreements includes the following services:

Action Line Action Line gives you access to LEO’s expert support team. Whether its about hardware or software, our experts will answer your queries and diagnose and isolate any possible problem quickly and effectively. Our Action Line service provides technical support and product information, all based on a committed response time model that meets the highest quality standards.

Software Repair Following a request to LEO’s Action Line expert, and after concluding that the software needs repair, LEO will immediately arrange to deliver a software correction patch file or a new point release to correct confirmed software deficiencies.

Remote Modem Dial-Up One call to LEO’s Action Line expert is all it takes to start the Remote Diagnosis service. Our expert will connect to the Customer Management System in order to better analyze any burning issues and provide an effective solution. If necessary, we will recommend the actions to be taken in order to rectify the problem.
